Springbond is made using Texfelt's state of art Kytech Technology and is manufactured from a carefully selected blend of fibre types which have already been recycled from a number of sources including PET bottles and other single use plastics. A typical roll of Springbond 11mm will contain fibres from over 180 500ml plastic bottles. The fibres have no harmful VOCs and do not require further flame retardant treatment, already achieving 'low radius' classification to BS 4790.

All of this gives Springbond underlay a high level of comfort, warmth and resilience, whilst at the same time makes it one of the most environmentally friendly underlays available on the market today.
